- “Products” refers to all items available for purchase, including Premium Raw Makhana and related food products.
- “Customer” refers to the individual or entity using our website or placing orders.
- “Order” refers to a request to purchase products through our WhatsApp ordering system or other available channels.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and place orders. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If you are placing an order on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
4. Products and Pricing
4.1 Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and nutritional information on our website. However, actual products may vary slightly in appearance from images shown. All JHIIVA products are FSSAI certified (License: 22225074002796).
4.2 Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Prices exclude shipping costs unless explicitly stated
- Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000 within India
- Standard shipping: ₹100 for orders below the free shipping threshold
4.3 Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
5. Ordering Process
- Orders are placed through our WhatsApp ordering system or other channels as available on our website
- An order is confirmed only after we send you an acknowledgement via WhatsApp
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud
- Once confirmed, the order constitutes a binding agreement between you and JHIIVA
6. Payment
- Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, cash on delivery (COD), and WhatsApp Payment
- Payment details are shared upon order confirmation via WhatsApp
- For prepaid orders, full payment must be received before dispatch
- For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery
- All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise arranged
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch
- Free delivery in Jalore, Sanchore, and Bhinmal
- Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000 across India
- Express delivery available in select metro cities
7.2 International Shipping
- Available to select countries including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and UAE
- Delivery times and costs vary by destination
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer
7.3 Delivery Issues
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery
- In case of damaged or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Eligible only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Contact us via WhatsApp with clear photographs of the issue to initiate a return
8.2 Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
8.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging (unless received in that condition)
- Products beyond the 7-day return window
- Products purchased on special discount or clearance (unless defective)

All content on jhiiva.com — including text, images, logos, graphics, product photography, and website design — is the exclusive property of JHIIVA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- The “JHIIVA” name, logo, and “Life in Every Grain” tagline are trademarks of JHIIVA

- Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted, such as sharing product information with others

15.2 Mediation
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Mediation shall be conducted in Jalore, Rajasthan, or through a mutually agreed-upon online mediation service.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JHIIVA regarding your use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
